User Safety & Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out the safety standards for generating AI media on kiko.ai and how rights holders can contact us.

1. Safety standards

Do not generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or sexually explicit.
Do not depict real people without their consent, and do not create misleading or defamatory synthetic media.
Do not attempt to bypass moderation, pricing, or usage limits, or abuse the service.

2. Your responsibility for uploads

You are responsible for every reference image and video you upload. You must own the rights or hold the permissions needed, and the media must not infringe copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights.

3. Copyright and DMCA takedown

If you believe content on kiko.ai infringes your copyright, send a notice identifying the work, the location of the infringing content, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.

Send notices to support@kiko.ai or hokagekiko@gmail.com. We remove infringing content promptly and may suspend repeat infringers.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, or close accounts that violate this policy, and may report illegal activity to the authorities.
