Terms of Service

1. The service

kiko.ai is an AI video software-as-a-service platform. It lets you generate, remix, and share AI videos and images by combining your prompts and reference media with third-party AI models.

You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Credits

• Credits are a prepaid, in-app unit used to pay for generations and related operations.
• Credits have no cash value, are not exchangeable for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Credits reserved for a generation that fails are returned to your balance automatically.
• Credit prices and the cost of each operation are shown before you start a generation and may change for future operations.

4. Digital delivery and right of withdrawal (EU)

Credits and subscriptions are digital content supplied immediately after payment. By confirming the digital delivery notice at checkout, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has started, that is, once credits are made available or begin to be used.

5. Subscriptions and recurring billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe for the chosen cycle (monthly, semi-annual, or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel, change your payment method, and download invoices at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal, available from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial-period refunds are given unless required by law.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the media you upload and the creations you generate, subject to third-party rights and the terms of the underlying AI models. You confirm that you hold the rights needed for anything you upload.

When you make a creation public or submit a template, you grant kiko.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it in the Community Showcase and use it for promotional purposes.

7. Acceptable use

Your use of the service must follow our Community Guidelines and Safety & Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that violate them.

8. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee accuracy, quality, originality, suitability for a purpose, or uninterrupted availability, and results can vary between runs and models.

To the extent permitted by law, kiko.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of generated content. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
